Beef liver pate

Ingredients
.5 cup Butter, salted 1 large Onions, raw 14 oz Beef liver 1 tbsp Half and Half Cream .5 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST) .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
cook onion and liver in butter over med/low heat; transfer to blender and add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth
