WW Lasagna Noodles (9)Spinach, 10 oz (thawed and drained)RF ricotta cheese (15 oz.)RF mozzarella cheese (12 oz)RF parmesan cheese (3/4 c)2 t. garlic powder1 can tomato sauce1 can petite diced tomato, drained1 T. italian seasoning.
Cook noodles. Mix ricotta, parmesan, and 8 oz. of mozz. cheese, spinach (thawed and drained) ,and 1 teas. garlic powder. In a sauce pan, combine tomato sauce, diced tomatoes (drained), 1 teas. garlic powder, and 1 T. Italian seasoning. simmer.
Layer noodles, cheese mixture, sauce. Repeat 3x. Layer last 4 oz of cheese on top layer. Cover with foil. Cook in oven @ 375 for 40 min. Take off foil and cook for another 10.
