Ingredients
.5 cup Arrowhead Mills Whole Grain Millet Flour (by AFBDIET08) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Soak overnight 1/2 cup ragi flour in 1 cup water. Next morning turn IP onto Yogurt/Boil mode, Add 4 cups water and boil to simmer. Add the soaked ragi flour and the water to the pot. Stir. Cancel. Cook in Manual sealed 3 minute setting. NR. This is your basic porridge. A purple gray sludge. Store airtight in the fridge for upto 5 days. .
