Vegan Gravy

Ingredients
0.25 cup Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 4 tbsp Soy sauce (tamari) 1 tsp Sage, ground 0.25 tsp Thyme, ground 0.25 tsp Rosemary, dried 0.33 cup Flour, white 28 gram Vegetable Stock (Knorr Vegetable Stockpot Makes 500mls) (by ASTROCHEF) 3 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Cook onion until soft. Add garlic and cook for two minutes. Add flour and soy sauce to make a paste. Whisk in sauce slowly. Add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until thick, 10-15 minutes.
