Ingredients
1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Rosemary, dried1.0 tbsp Thyme, ground1.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Kale1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 cup Swanson Chicken Broth (100% Fat Free and 33% Less Sodium)4.0 cup Swanson Vegetable Broth1.0 serving Outback Sweet Potato
Directions
Dice and combine all ingredients into a crock pot. Set to high and leave until all veggies are tender, stirring occasionally. Add Other veggies to suit your taste. Add ground turkey or chicken sausage for a little spice or more protein. Add tofu cubes and sub more vegetable stock in place of chicken stock for vegan alternative Serving Size: Makes 6 hearty bowls
