Turkey meatball soup (HCG 2.0)

Ingredients
6 cup Homemade Turkey Stock (by OPERAMOM) 16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
Directions
Mix turkey & raw egg & whatever spices you want (I used "poultry" spice). Make into 16 meatballs & cook in fry pan with water (don't use oil).
In a stock pot, bring the stock to a boil with some more spices. (I used more poultry spice & black pepper.)
Toss in rough chopped kale and cook until wilted.

For a serving, put 4 meatballs into a bowl & ladle the stock and kale over it.
