Turkey and Wild Rice Soup

8 oz turkey breast, about 2 cups chopped1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cloves garlic minced4 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium 2 bay leaves1 teaspoon chopped rosemarySalt and pepper to taste1/2 cup uncooked wild rice2 cups water
Cook rice in the two cups of water for about 40 minutes. Drain any excess water.
While rice cups, chop turkey and vegetables.
Combine all ingredients, including rice, in medium size pot. Bring to boil, then reduce to simmer until all vegetables are tender.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings, about 1.5 cups each
