1.0 1tsp Grapeseed Oil1.5 cup Asparagus, fresh1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh1.0 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)10.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato1.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
Directions
Start with Grapeseed oil ads mushrooms, garbanzo beans then asparagus. Cook on low about 7 minutes. Add cherry tomatoes cook another 5 minutes on low covered. Serve with nutritional yeast on top. Add Wildtree Italian salad dressing mix for extra flavor. Serving Size: Makes 4 1 cup size servings
