Zucchini and mushrooms

Ingredients
2.0 cup, sliced Zucchini0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.75 cup Stewed Tomatoes1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 clove Garlic2.0 serving Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tbsp 1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Saute the zucchini with onions for a couple minutes. Add the mushrooms and garlic, Saute for another couple of minutes. Seasoned with salt, pepper and oregano and add the stewed tomatoes. Cook until everything is done; about 5 minutes.
