Ingredients
4.0 oz Tilapia filet0.5 serving Cabbage (1 cup, shredded)1.0 tbsp Trader Joe's Cilantro Salad Dressing1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil Organic - Spectrum Naturals1.0 serving Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla0.5 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Heat coconut oil in pan. Slice tilapia into 1" strips, season with garlic and onion powder, and fry until browned. Heat tortillas and layer cooked tilapia, cabbage, and cilantro dressing. Optional: Add guacamole, Pico de Gallo, and cotijo cheese.
