Easy Veggie Pizza

1-pound pizza dough .5 cup marinara sauce1 cup mozarella, shredded2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated 4 oz mushrooms, fresh, sliced1 half small zucchini, thinly sliced.5 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
1. Preheat oven to 450 and spray pizza pan with release agent.
2. Press dough into pan evenly, to cover. Spread dough with marinara sauce and cover with cheeses.
3. Distribute mushrooms, zucchini slices and red peppers on top.
4. Bake until cheese melts and bottom of crust is golden.

Serving Size: Generous and filling 1/4 of pie
