1 package yields Hormel Corned Beef Hash 2 small Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 3 serving Onion, Fresh (1 slice 1/4 in thick, 1.3 oz) 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Everything is pre-cooked and left over from a previous dinner with the exception of the corned beef. You will take and dice up the 4 potatoes into cubes for corned beef hash, same with the onions, make sure to have corned beef open and ready to place in pan. Take out a cast iron pan, (large) spray with Pam and start to pre-heat once all your ingredients have been prepared for the pan. After pan begins to heat add butter, once butter has started to melt add onions and potatoes. As potatoes begin to heat up, add the corned beef and heat thoroughly.
