Parmesan Baked Cod

Ingredients
3 tbsp Flour, All Purpose, Great Value, Bleached, Enriched3 tbsp Yellow Cornmeal 1/4 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Pepper, black 2 tbsp Smart Balance Light w/Flaxseed Oil 4 Cod fillet, 4 oz raw, from Walmart4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Combine flour, cornmeal, onion powder and pepper. Melt butter in a shallow baking dish. Dredge cod in flour mixture, place in dish. Turn cod to coat with melted butter. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over cod.
Bake for 10 minutes until cod flakes easily with a fork.
