Healthy banana pancakes

Ingredients
1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 egg Duck Egg8.2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, refrigerated1.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar0.75 serving Apple Sauce-Natural-no sugar added(Jewel brand)(4oz)1.0 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 tsp Baking Soda1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Salt
Directions
Mix milk and vinegar to create sour milk. In a separate bowl, beat egg. Beat in milk and soda. Add remaining ingredients. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop onto hot griddle or frying pan. Cook until bubbles pop, then flip and cook another minute on other side.

Serving Size: 10-12 pancakes, 1/4 cup batter each
