Sonoma gluten free whole grain tortilla wrap, 1 servingAmy's Kitchen Low Sodium Marinara Sauce, 1/2 cup, 1 servingOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCheddar Jack cheese, 0.25 cup*Amy O's Veggie Sausage, 57 gramsParmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Prepare veggie sausage (see other recipe under Amy O's Veggie Italian Sausage).
Place frozen wrap on table top griddle on 250 degrees.
Add sauce. Add sausage, cheese and onion. Let it cook for about 10 minutes on griddle. Raise temp to 300 degrees for last 20 minutes to crisp the wrap.
