Black &White Beans

Ingredients
2 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium 2 cup Beans, navy .50 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 3 tsp Garlic .75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .75 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Place diced ham in deep saute pan and spray with Pam. Saute until crispy-ish - about 7-8 minutes. Add the onions ( I used chopped green for color) and the garlic. Add both kinds of beans and stir. (If using canned, rinse after opening.) Add the water a little at a time until it is the consistency you like. Additional spices might be black pepper and seasoned salt.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 - 2/3 cup serviings
