12.0 oz (10-12 kernels) Nuts, macadamia nuts, dry roasted (salt added)12.0 oz Almonds - Sliced - Fisher Naturals - 1 Tablespoon4.0 tbsp chia seeds4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)2.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground5.0 tsp Splenda1.0 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients with 1/4 c water in large nonstick skillet. Heat and mix until combined and water has been absorbed. Cool on large baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Store in cool dry place.
