Ingredients
3/4 cups Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 cup Sour Cream 2 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava Organic
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Microwave 1 minute in a microwave safe cups. Let cool a minute. Serving Size: Make 6 muffins
