Sweet Leeks & Crab

1 tbsp duck fat1 cup leeks 3/4 cup peas, frozen 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced 100 gram(s) fake crab meat (pre-cooked)salt and pepper to taste
1. Turn burner to medium, place duck fat in pan, heat to melted.
2. Add leeks. Cook until almost done.
3. Add peas. Cook appx. one minute.
4. Add pineapple and fake crab meat.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Heat until pineapple and fake crab are warmed.
7. Remove from heat and serve.
Serving Size: Makes one large serving or two side portions.
