Lyns Texas Sheet Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour2 cups sugar1 cup light sour cream2 eggs1 TBLS. of soda1 TBLS. vanilla pinch of salt3 sticks butter4 TBLS. cocoa1 cup water4 tsp. cocoa6 tsp. milk 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions
in a large bowl mix , flour, sugar, sour cream, eggs, soda, vanilla and salt.

In a sauce pan bring to boil,
2 sticks butter
4TBLS. cocoa
1 cup water

Add contents of sauce pan to bowl mixture
Bake on 10-15 jelly roll pan for 20 minutes at 375

Frosting, in a sauce pan bring to boil,
1 stick butter
4 tsp. cocoa
6 tsp. milk
bring to boil and beat in 2 cups powdered sugar
spread on warm cake

    You can pour the icing on a warm cake.
