Seed Crackers

Ingredients
16 tbsp Flax Seed Raw Whole (Bob's Red Mill) 16 tbsp Chia Seeds Whole (Bob's Red Mill) 16 tbsp Hemp Seed Hearts - Raw Hulled (Bob's Red Mill) 16 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds - Raw Shelled (Pepita) (Bob's Red Mill) .75 tsp Celery seed 1.25 tsp Salt
Directions
mix ingredients with 2 cups of water.
let soak for 10 to 20 minutes.
press flat on cookie sheet (or fruit roll sheet for dehydrator).
bake at 170 for 30 minutes.
cut into desired size/shape and carefully flip them over.
return to oven for 30 minutes or until crisp. (I finished them in my dehydrator the first time, as I couldn't get them to crisp in the oven. I am making them in my dehydrator this time. They are still in, so I am not sure about the time. Though it will depend on the ambient humidity where you are and how crisp you want them.)
