Sweet and Spicy Peaches and Pork

Ingredients
16 oz Pork Tenderloin 2 cup, halves or slices Peaches, canned, water pack 1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne 6 cup Rice, FRAFT, Minute Rice, Brown 1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Brown Pork in skillet then add to crock pot with everything except the rice. Cook for 4 hours on high. Add cornstarch 30 minutes before serving. You may add water or chicken stock if needed.
Cook rice and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings. 1/2 cup rice with 1/2 cup pork
