Cauliflower and cheese

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt8.0 cup Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.5 cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk3.0 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese0.12 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Roast cauliflower florets at 425 for 25 minutes. Melt butter, add diced onion and cook until soft. Add flour and whisk until smooth. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir until thickened. Add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Put cauliflower and sauce in a 2 quart casserole and cook at 350 for about 30 minutes until bubbly and browned Serving Size: Makes about 12 servings
