Liver and Spinach

1 tbsp duck fat 2 chicken livers 1 tsp ground turmeric1 clove garlic 1 c frozen spinach, cooked 3/4 c 7-grain blend (I used Dunya blend), cooked
1. Cook spinach as per microwave directions.
2. Chop chicken livers and mince garlic.
3. Coat chicken livers in tumeric and garlic.
4. Melt duck fat over medium heat.
5. Cook chicken livers.
6. Mix in spinach and 7-grain blend.
7. Heat through and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 1 1/2 cups.
