Channel Catfish, 6 fillet *Pepper, white, .5 tsp Garlic powder, .75 tsp Salsa, 2 cup
Directions
1. Sprinkle Fillets with pepper and garlic powder
2. Place on hot gril
3. Cook 10 mins for every inch of thickness or until fish is opaque and just beginning to flake.
