This was so simple and so delicious! I used the low calorie oreo's, milk, and cool whip. I didn't work out the calories, but it was less than 150 per serving. I would recommend serving it on a frozen dish as well to help maintian its shape. It's wonderful! - 12/16/09

I re-did the calculations, it probably would have been a lot more if I kept the way this person submitted it, but I made it a little healthier. With ff s.c. milk, rf oreos, ff cool whip, and smart lite spread: 153cals, 1.4g fat, 31.7g carbs, 20.8g sugar, 3g protein. Great recipe but fix the milk pls - 6/9/08

I think the author probably meant to indicate that the low-fat or fat-free version of the condensed milk should be used. Otherwise, the milk alone would add 108 cals to each serving.
I am always on the lookout for new dessert recipes so this one is definitely going on the grocery list - 6/4/08

The list of ingredient says 1 serving of condensed milk... but it's the whole can, you put in the recipe... The nutritional info are probably wrong because of that. It sure looks good, though!! - 6/4/08
