Ingredients
1.0 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry2.5 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots)1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil0.5 cup, diced Celery, cooked0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Cook quinoa to package directions. Saute carrots and celery in olive oil. When carrots and celery are cooked mix with quinoa. Add Parmesan cheese.
