8 oz Shrimp, cooked 2 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Peas, frozen 1 medium Carrots, raw 0.25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 0.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 cup Rice- Royal Blend Texmati White, Brown, Wild & Red Rice Rice Select (dry)
Best eggs and fry in small amount of olive oil - set aside. Heat remaining oil in no stick sautÃÆ'© pan and add veggies and sautÃÆ'© until tender crisp. Add garlic sautÃÆ'© 1-2 minutes. Add 2 cups of cooked brown rice and cooked shrimp. Heat through. Add spy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
