2.0 tsp Chili powder0.5 tsp Cumin seed0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Paprika3.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt1.0 lime yields Lime Juice24.0 oz Shrimp, cooked1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 Med. Green Bell Pepper1.0 Med. Red Bell Pepper1.0 Med. Yellow Bell Pepper28.0 grams Cilantro, raw
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine bell peppers, shrimp, olive oil, salt and pepper and spices.
Toss to combine.
Spray baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
Spread shrimp & bell peppers on baking sheet.
Cook at 450 degrees for about 8 minutes. Then turn oven to broil and cook for additional 2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
Squeeze juice from fresh lime over fajita mixture and top with fresh cilantro.
Serve in warm tortillas or over rice.
