Moroccan Chicken Stew

Ingredients
2.5 tsp extra-virgin olive oil1.5 c. Pre-cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces1 Tbsp chopped garlic1 Tbsp curry powder1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 tsp dried cumin1 tsp salt1/3 c. Del Monte lite apricots, drained and sliced3/4 c. canned chickpeas, drained1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup2 c. frozen California vegetable mix
Directions
In a large, heavy saucepan over high heat, heat the olive oil. Add chicken, garlic, curry powder, cinnamon, cumin, and salt and saute for 2 minutes, or until the chicken is heated through. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Serve in large soup bowls.
