Whole wheat Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients
2 cups wholewheat flour (preferably "white" wholewheat flour)1/2 tsp salt3 tbsp vegetable oil2/3 cup warm water
Directions
Makes 12

Combine salt and flour. Add vegetable oil.
Mix in the water (hand mixing will be needed)
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes
Make into a ball of dough, divide into 12 smaller balls.
Cover and let rest for another 20 minutes
Preheat a skillet or griddle (DO NOT grease) to medium high heat
Roull out the dough balls into very thin tortillas about 6-8 inches in diameter or as far as they'll go.
Bake each side for 30seconds - 1 minutes.
Flip and bake the other side
You can roll out the other dough balls as the tortillas are cooking.

    Delicious!! I love these and so does my whole family. I make a double batch and just keep them in the fridge in tinfoil-grab and go! I grind my own wheat and add legumes and vit C to the flour for an addtl protein kick. - 1/16/12
