Mongolian stir fry with asparagus and onions

Ingredients
6 cup, diced Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 0.3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Asparagus, fresh
Directions
Place meat in crock pot for 4 hours. Sauté onion in butter . Add sugar and asparagus. Add more balsamic and Worcestershire within the last 5 minutes of cooking . Add meat last and common medium for 5 minutes.
