On the Fly Sherbert

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries (or any frozen fruit of your choice)1/2 cup skim milk1 packet of splenda or other sweetner
Directions
Put frozen fruit in blender. Pour milk on top and then packet of sweetner. Blend for a few seconds until mixture is thick and creamy. This can be put in the freezer or eaten immediately.
