Individual skinny chicken pie

Ingredients
20 grams Wheat bran, crude 15 gram(s) gram flour/chick pea flour (by FATVEGANSLIMS) 0.5 serving Whey Protein Isolate - Super Advanced Whey Protein (Body Fortress) 0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat 0.7 serving HCG chicken breast 100 grams raw (by READYTOLOSEIT3) 3 serving Egg white, large 60 grams Cottage Cheese, Nonfat 30 grams Onions, raw 50 grams Green Peppers (bell peppers) 4 gram Hoyts, Sweet Smoked Paprika (by OHHEYBONNIEK) 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (by BLUEBIRDNANNY) 1 tsp Becel light margerine
Directions
For the crust:

Mix wheat bran, flour and whey. Add buttermilk. Use a good small (4-6 inch) non-stick pie plate buttered with half the becel. Bake for 15 min at preheated oven (180 degrees).
While baking saute the chicken in small pieces in 2 tbsp water. Drain water. Add the butter and veggies and cook for 3 min. Add the spices. Allow to cool a bit. Beat egg whites with cottage cheese.

Remove the pie crust from the oven. Mix cottage cheese-egg white mixture with chicken mix, Spread mixture on top of the pie crust. Bake for at least 25 min until brownish.
