Power Oatmeal Pancake

Ingredients
6 Egg white1/2 c. Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .1 scoop Whey Protein1/4 c. Wheat germ2 tbsp Flax Seed 1/2 c. Oats1 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp cinnamon Cooking Spray
Directions
Makes 5 servings, 1 pancake per serving.

1. Place all ingredients but eggs in a food processor and pulse until blended and uniform.

2. Add egg whites. Blend.

3. Prepare pan with cooking spray (or olive oil) and cook until browned.

Serve with apple sauce and berries.
