Ingredients
2.5 lb Beef chuck 454 grams Carrots, raw 6 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 small Onions, raw 100 gram Gravy Granules (Bisto) (by -X-BELLA-X-) .5 cup Flour, white 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
coat beef in flour and saute, remove and sweat 1/4 of vegetables and water place in oven for 2 hours then add rest of vegetables and bisto granules allow another 2 hours 300 degrees
