Ingredients
2 Tbs Lemon, fresh squeezed, lemon juice2 Tbs Maple Grove Farms 100% Pure Maple Syrup10 oz Spring Water1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Add fresh squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup, and water to a water bottle or glass. Shake/stir to combine. Add cayenne pepper to drink and enjoy. Drink 6-12 servings a day for 10 days (this and only this, following a salt water flush every morning.) Great way to cleanse and retrain the mind not to crave food so much.
