Ingredients
1.5 lbs of beef stew meat, trimmed1 onion, chopped1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp salt1 lb fresh mushrooms1 can cream of mushroom soup1 can water1 cup fat-free sour cream
Directions
Mix everything but sour cream in a 4-qt slow cooker. Set for 6-8 hours on LOW. Stir in sour cream before serving.
