Tuna Stuffed Tomato

Ingredients
1 Medium Tomato3 oz Tuna (in water)1 Medium Celery Stalk1 Tbsp Mayonaise
Directions
Cut tomato in half and gut it out to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Dice celery up.

Mix mayo, celery and tuna (can also add in the insides of the tomato).

Stuff the tomato halves with the tuna/may/celery mixture.

    this is one of the best ways to lo carb tuna salad. make sure you get really good tomato for it. I like a firm and ripe but not over ripened tomato is the best flavor. (too ripe and the sweetness ruins tuna for me) I plan on having this fast tuna treat for years to come. - 3/14/09
