Ingredients
1 cup nonfat cottage cheese1scoop (24g) vanilla flavor whey protein powderSplenda to taste
Directions
Put cottage cheese and whey powder in a blender. Blend until very smooth, adding a few tablespoons of water if necessary.

Think of this as a plain cheesecake-like base. You can eat it plain, or get creative. For example, add fresh fruit, lemon juice, cinnamon, use a different flavor of protein powder, yogurt, canned pumpkin, etc...
