.5 lb Flank Steak 2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell) 2 large Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic
slice all ingredients (except mushrooms) into 1/4 inch slices. Place all ingredients in a 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle with a couple TBSP of your favorite fajita seasoning. Bake in a 350* oven for 30 minutes.
