1 cup cooked brown rice2 cups zucchini (cubed or sliced)1 block of extra firm tofu (cubed)1 cup onion (diced)1 egg1 tbsp thai chili sauce1 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp rice wine/rice wine vinegar1 egg
saute the onion in oil until clear. add zucchini and tofu. cook 5 minutes. add rice and soy sauce, chili paste and rice wine vinegar. stir well, make an opening in the middle of the pan and add the egg. after one minute integrate it with the rest of the food. cook it thoroughly.
