1.5 cup Green Tomatoes1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup1.0 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground1.0 serving Egg white, large1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet, well. Slice your green tomatoes into thick slices, about half an inch. Set up 2 bowls: 1 for an egg wash and the other for your almond meal/ground flaxseed coating. Season the egg wash with salt and pepper ( or whatever seasoning you like). Mix almond meal and flaxseeds together, season. Dip a single slice at a time into the egg wash, then the coating. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat until all the slices are done. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the slices over halfway through. Enjoy warm! Definitely can be refrigerated and reheated later.
