Low carb high protein pumpkin spice donuts

2 serving Egg white, large 1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain 2 tbsp THM Baking Blend 1/4 c (by THM_GIGI) 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch (by FIRSTFERRET) 40 gram(s) (myprotein) pea protein isolate (by RITSON71) 4 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix yogurt with vinegar and allow to sit for 20 min at room temperature. Lightly whisk the egg whites and add them in the yogurt. Add spices and stevia. Preheat oven at 180.
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add them in the mixture. Make sure to mix very well. Form in 4 donuts. Bake at 150 until brown (20 min in my oven, you may need more or less!)
