3.5 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)0.3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw3.0 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes1.0 plum tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes3.0 tbsp chopped Onions, raw0.33 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Directions
Mix all together, let flavors blend before serving. Good alone (served on lettuce or arugula) or as a side dish. Can substitute prepared lentils.
