Simple protein coconut bars

2 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened 2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER) 1 serving Alive Pea Protein (by PMFISH) 3 serving Egg white, large 0.25 tbsp Coconut extract (by DEANNIE1966) 4 serving Stevia in the Raw
Mix egg whites and stevia. Mix dry ingredients. Lightly beat egg whites. Add the dry ingredients making sure there are no lumps.
Preheat oven at 180. Line a pan with parchement paper. Spread mixture making sure that it is around 3 cm thick.
Bake for 20 min or until baked (will be brown). Cut into pieces and allow to cool. Stores well in an air-tight container
