Ingredients
150 grams Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 1 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Just mix everything and cook in low heat, like an omelet, until you reach the desired consistency.

Serving Size: makes one tuna patty.
