Blueberry Buzz Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup milk - skim, soy, almond, rice or other1/2 cup water1/2 cup frozen berries (*)1 Tbs flax seed1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (**)1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt (***)2 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)Handful ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Makes 4 servings.

(*) I substituted a mix of wild berries
(**) can subsitute 1 Tbsp Honey
(***) I substituted peach yogurt
