Quick and Easy Baked Fish

1/4 cup cornmeal1/4 cup fine italian bread crumbs1/3 cup skim milk1 pound tilapia filets (or any mild flavored fish) fresh or frozen (thawed)3 tbs margarinesalt and pepper to tasteNotes: I use a couple of light dashes of Creole Seasoning or Season All in the cornmeal mixture.
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Combine first 2 ingredients and any other season in a shallow dish and mix well.
3. Dip fish fillets into the milk and coat with breading mixuture.
4. Place fish in a 13x9 dish or baking sheet that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; drizzle with melted margarine.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon, light tartar sauce or browned butter.
