Ingredients
4.0 oz Tilapia filet30.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g0.5 cup Buttermilk, lowfat1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
1) Marinate tilapia in the buttermilk and salt for 15-20 minutes. 2) Dredge the tilapia in the panko crumbs. 3) Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. 4) Once the butter is melted and sizzling, place the tilapia in the pan. Cook on each side for about 10 minutes, or until the panko coating is golden brown and the tilapia is cooked through.
